Parent/Student Portal Information
To update your contact information or make an audition or tuition payment, please access the PARENT/STUDENT PORTAL by clicking the blue button below.
The first time you access the Parent/Student Portal, you will need to login with your HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD EMAIL ADDRESS. (If you are not sure which email that is, just email a question!) and set up a password for your account.
Once into the Portal, you should see a welcome page with the name of your student(s). You only need to worry about two of the buttons on this page:
– VIEW/EDIT PROFILE: This is where you will update information about your student’s birthdate, school, grade, pronouns, number of years of instrument and private instruction, etc. Please make sure this information is up-to-date at all times!
– MAKE A PAYMENT: Your student will be automatically enrolled in a “program” (meaning a LAYO semester) – so you can ignore the enrollment buttons. Just click “Make a Payment” to see any outstanding balance for audition or tuition fees.
